Through the independent innovation, it has accumulated and formed four key core technologies and more than 30 sub-core technologies which are leading the same domestic industry such as the comprehensive construction technology of super-long and large-volume prestressed concrete structures, the construction technology of long span and complex steel structure, the anti-cracking and anti-seepage technology of concrete structure basements, the comprehensive technology of foundation treatment and deep foundation pit engineering under the complex coastal geological conditions and etc. All these key core technologies have been successfully applied in the 2008 Qingdao International Olympic Sailing Center, Qingdao Grand Theatre, the international terminal, the International Convention and Exhibition Center and other hundreds of key engineerings, which has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
